Bolognese

I tried my luck in cooking Bolognese here at home. Usually, I cook the Filipino spaghetti which tastes spicy, sweet, sour and salty — with hotdogs. I wanted to see if I can pull of a more Italian version of the pasta dish and I think it was okay.

The only problem I had was that I cooked too much angel hair. It diluted the taste of the sauce but it is still there albeit weak. Next time, I’ll try my luck in a cream-based sauce.
