Out of shape

Gah. I am so out of shape already and hindi lang ako nagpunta ng gym for a week! This is crazy!!! It’s like starting from square one again with all the building of momentum and strength to be able to lift some of the weights that I have been doing. I already decreased the load I am taking.

I really need to push through with this and not skip a workout day. My body might be sore tomorrow. Ugh.
