Tomorrow I will do another round of Whole30. The last time I did this was 2 years ago and it was a very challenging feat but the benefits were really great. I have reached the point again in my life where I need to be more conscious and take back control in managing my health. Not that I am unhealthy, but I know things can be better. Of course, volleyball is also a big factor there so I am pretty psyched on improving my overall fitness.

So how will the next 30 days go? I plan to blog daily and list down the meals that I have eaten and get a gauge how I’m feeling about it. I’ll try to set some time and really do this so I can fully track this and for future reference as well. Let’s start this and see what gains I’ll get this time around.

    Great idea. No more Porchetta then I guess. :-)

      actually Porchetta is Whole30 compliant. :-) Whole30 program actually just allows meat, veggies, and fruits. No processed food, sugar, dairy, and grains!
