#18 Day 11

Gah, my volleyball has been suffering! I’ve read up about it online and it seems to be due to lack of carbs and fats due to my Whole30 diet. I need to find a way to bridge that prior to my games. I need to figure this out.

There was a mishap in LAF earlier. Someone hit the light and it broke. I dunno if we would be able to play on Saturday. I do have plans on going to the outlet store to buy some basics. Let’s see.


Breakfast: 2 Fried eggs, 2 Applegate Hotdogs
Lunch: Roast sweet potatoes and carrots, roast chicken, apple
Dinner: Sweet potato, 2 hardboiled eggs, banana
