#22 Day 15

I just finished my ironing duty. Good thing the Grammy’s was also up so that kept me distracted as I ironed away. I can’t believe I’m already halfway of my Whole30! I am already used to with my food, but I still need to work on identifying some issues with my volleyball performance. I’ve been playing so bad, it’s not fun anymore! I need to research more about it. Oh well…


Breakfast: Applegate hotdogs, 2 fried eggs
Lunch: Roast sweet potatoes, Roast pork shoulder
Dinner: Sweet potato, 2 hard boiled eggs, almond butter
