I played better today in volleyball. I’m still not 100% there but it’s an improvement from the last few times I played. I felt I had more energy, but I also did not feel very positive as well. I need to relax. Seriously.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, prosciutto
Lunch: Baby spinach, roast pork shoulder
Dinner: Prosciutto, steamed sweet potato, almond butter, coconut water
Snack: Hard-boiled egg, clementine
